have the opeation done.even months ive had two operations on myIn the last el ankle which haven worked (grafting of the right tallus).On Friday i went back to the hospital and he says hes booking me in asap for a full ankle replacement.I dont know much about it so ive had to read up on the internet.It says that you either have a spinal anesthetic or be knocked out fully.Im from the UK and would like to know if anyone in the Uk has had this operation?what its like?and is it spinal?The spinal bit is my main concern as i have a terrible needle phobia and know i couldnt
