Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
I have been taking ginger root for a couple of weeks. I also try to cook with ginger when I can. I have read that ginger is good for digestion, the immune system, and inflammation. Has anyone tried this herb? Has anyone tried anything else that has been helpful?
