I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have been taking antidepressants for more than a year and the effect on the pain and depression is neglible. A coworker was recently prescribed the same drug for pain/depression. Her script was 5-10 mg. My daily script is 150 mg. So which is it docs?
Sorry victim, but if you put some antidepressants your pain won't exist.
I wonder if we could do a demo on some scientists by putting pressure on the nerves that run through their bodies day after day and then suggest to them that the problem is their depression.
I send blessings and huggs.

I don't think the depression causes pain, it's the other way around!
lgesiacs/antiinflamitory drugs on the market. Although my pain is diffrerent from your's, I think this might work. My arthritis is an inherrant type passed through the female side, so I can definately blame Eve for this. HA HA.
BIG HUGS TO YOU. and I hope you get things worked out. XXX klinksgirl
Sometimes I think that when the docs dont now what to do they group it under the heading 'depression'.
I also think they get frustrated they cannot give us a 'pill' that will cure it all and also we keep bugging them for answers.
Sometimes we all need to agree that there is none and we just need to 'accept' and 'adapt' and ther is not always a medical cure available.
Maybe that part of the answer to help the depression part.
