We have been seeing doctors since April and finally we know what is wrong. Her new doctor says it is RA. After tons of meds that did nothing, a 30 course of predinsone worked some. At her last appointment the doc gave us a bunch of stuff to read about Methotrexate and Plaquanil and told us to read up because she would most likely start my daughter on one at her next appt on Sept 21st. I am looking for advice and experiences with these drugs and how to support and help my daughter. So far she just doesn't seem to want to talk or deal with it at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
