I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have OA,RA, Fibromyalgia, a medobolic problem with my muscle having too many lipids that causes muscle knots and spazmims, Type 2 Diabitic, and blood pressure problem that they are trying to figure out now. I know one can set off the other to set off another.
Can you keep a log of your pains and questions you want to talk to the doctor about? Believe me, most of the time you walk in that office and everything just flies out the window in your mind.
Good luck and welcome!
If its Osteoarthritis my dr recommended glucosamine and omega oils (fish oil etc). I have also found emu oil rubbed onto the site really useful. I was amazed how effective it was. Heat also seem to help. Good luck
Im hoping they ruled out cardiac and GI causes for the pain though

preferably referred to a Rheumatologist...When I saw a good one a couple of years ago he said rheumatologists deal with treatment of arthritic conditions....
other specialists deal with surgery on them (obviously not applicable in your case)...I too have pain in my ribs....and have often suffered pain in the centre when I'm upset (I have Generalised Osteo A..meaning in a number of joint groups)...Good Luck...Love M xx
