Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
I know that citric fruits are not good for arthritis, and wondered if there are any other foods that should be avoided.
Also if there are some foods that help the condition?
Your responses would be appreciated, thanks.
Does anybody know if people with AD which is an auto-immune disease more likely to get rheumatoid athritis? I would really like to know about this because my fingers are getting worse and worse. In the mornings they are very stiff and sometimes painful. Also my knees get very stiff if I sit with them crossed. Please give me any thoughts you have on this. Thanks.
