I was diagnosed with jra when i was 4, I'm twenty now. The last four or five years have been a lot worse than ever before. Before then I wasn't an extrememly active person but I did get out and I played sports and I was for the most part, healthy. (I was never, and never will be a size 2) But in the past few years since it has gotten worse I've put on more weight and haven't been able to get it off. I know that it will be less pain on my knees if I could get some off, but at the same time it doesn't make exercising any easier when you have this pain. I'm not on any meds other than the occasional advil. But I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any suggestions on what I can do. I am sure that stress doesn't help the situation either which is why I'm hoping to bounce some ideas back and forth. Thanks

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
