for a few monthes i have notice that i get stiff very quickly and am not nearly as flexibal as i used to be just about everytime i move to do exercise my joints pop and its rather painful.Just about everytime i bend my left thumb it pops. Some nights i am awaked by joint pain. The pain is mainly in my elbows knees fingers ankles jaws and wrists.Is this just a pain or may it be more?

all of those symptoms are just about it. Lots of times my back and hips hurt really bad too.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
