I have been dx with chiari 1, no syrinx. As you can all imagine, it's been a long road to get here. I finally had three NS dx it and all told me I need surgery. My symptoms are terrible and the pain and fatigue that goes along with them - YUCK. Anyway, my question is, does anyone have sinus problems with their Chiari? I started getting sinus pressure and some slight drainage, very slight. In fact, I have almost no stuffiness, just pressure. I can breathe just fine. Docs reviews my scans, said no problem with my sinuses, no infection. But the pressure is intense. This all started around the same time as my symptoms started getting worse. Never had sinus issues before. Any advice would be helpful. Going to see two NS this week for surgery option. Thanks!
