I need to start keeping a headache journal, but I don't know what sort of information to keep in it. When I first started to keep one, I wrote down the time and place they started, the possible triggers, what I was doing, what I took for them (if anything), etc. Does anyone have any good ideas as to what would be the best and most thourough way to keep the headache journal? There seems to be so many triggers (light, cold and hot air, wind, movement, smells, etc.)I just wish my doctors would listen when I tell them that this is more complicated for me than it is for them to figure out. Thanks to everyone who might have some suggestions. :)
