Has anyone noticed reduced anxiety from practicing yoga on a regular basis? How many times a week do you practice it? I am a member at a gym and they offer yoga pretty often and I'm thinking of doing it. I've tried it before and I noticed that right after you feel very calm. I've never done yoga consistently on a regular basis. If you do it consistently does it help you out later in the day to breathe during stressful situations (e.g. at work)? I noticed that when I'm in confrontation situations I forget to breathe. Do you notice an ability to calm yourself down more easily as a result of being a regular of yoga classes?
