I can totally sympathize. One thing that helped me was finding a job with a low stress level. Something I could do without skyrocketing my anxiety.
Things you may want to try at work: Listening to soothing music, NO caffeine, taking breaks to go get some fresh air.
I am so sorry you are suffering so much. I hope you can find a solution or a release in some way!
I find meditating somewhere quite can help (the toilet even!). Also drinking plenty of water and eating properly helps me a little. The week before I went for a swim at lunchtime and that really worked.
