What is the real answer to getting over this terrible stage in life? I want to get over it. I am on medication. I see my doctor. HOW DO WE DO THIS?

keep on keepin on, it is very difficult, but it does get better. i go for many months now without a single episode, and if i do get one, it is mild compared to what i use to have. don't think about tomorrow, it can be overwhelming sometimes to think of the future. i use to take one day at a time and get through that. now i look back and say, i USE to be there, i'm not anymore! hang in there darlin. you're young and stonger than you know. you can get through this. i know!:)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
