I know everyone needs different medications because not all of us react the same to the same medication, but I am interested in everyone's drug regiment. I have had 4 years without having severe anxiety and my last episode the only thing that worked to help me with sleep was Neurontin. I tappered off of that 2 years ago to just taking 400 mg to make sure I sleep. When I had some panic episodes I just powered through it letting it pass. Just recently I had almost 8 days of not sleeping which made me crazy and my anxiety out of control. I started on Lyrica 25mg in am, 25mg in afternoon and 50 mg at night. I took a Klonipin in the ER last week because I could not control the anxiety and my psychiatrist was out of town. Wow did that work! Now in addition to the Lyrica I am taking Ambien for sleep which works. I am just worried that I will never come of the medications especially the Ambien because it feels so good to sleep. What medication history do all of you have. Can you just take Klonopin once in awhile (i.e. 1x a week or once a month). The doctor orderred the Klonopin BID but I have heard so many horror stories that when you try to come off of it the anxiety is worse. I really don't want that but it sure would be nice to use the Klonipin when I am really freaking out. What is really funny is I finally know why I use to drink a lot of alcohol, definate self medicating. Since I stopped drinking is when I started have severe anxiety. Now I am just drunk on Lyrica.:) Is anyone on Lyrica? Does the drunk feeling go away?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
