I am currently dealing with so much anxiety in my body I feel as if I will jump out of my skin. I am a mother of 2 daughters and a step son and daughter. I am also the "bread winnner" of the family who works at least 60 hours a week with metally ill people. I am about to start school full time, I reacently found out my daughter has bipolar (my 5 year old who either wants to hurt herself or die),fighting a 3 year custody battle with my step kids (natural mother cares for them so less that my steo daughter is half the weight my daughter (of the same age is half the size and my step son has anger issues, and I deal with metal illness all day. I am ready to explode
