So the other day i wrote a post about my anxiety and constant worry. I then tried to start a routine and write down some thoughts, so I could hopefully sleep better. Well, I fell asleep okay, but I still woke up in the middle of the night feeling completely anxious. This has been happening aobut 3-4 times a week. I wake up and my anxiety is through the roof and my thoughts just start racing. I have never woken up because of anxiety before. Has anyone else had this problem?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. What meds are you on. If they aren't working you can try something else. Everyone is different. I was on Zoloft at first but I was having sexual side effects. I switched to Celexa and it worked great but I switched back to zoloft because I am trying to get pregnant and I need to be on something for my anxiety. I hear Lexapro works well for people. You just need to find what is good for you. You should not have to fell that way.
I am always hesitant to take my xanax because I feel like I am can't contol it myself but we have a disease. Just like having diabetes. You have to take medication for it so I take my xanax only when needed and when I get back on track I don't need it.
Hope this helps.
