I know that I'm getting waves of anxiety because I have to go to the dentist at 1:00. It's just to get a check up, but it's never ever good. My teeth need a lot of work and I just hate it. My mind has been making up weird stories about my past that never happened. Stuff that's so bizzare, but I feel it as if it did happen or is happening now. Does anyone else do that when they're stressed out?
