It is normal to feel ups and downs during the first few months or so on a new med? I've been on Zoloft, closing in on 2 months now, and for the longest time I wasn't noticing anything from it, except side effects. Then last week I started feeling a positive differnce and I thought maybe it was finally working, coping better at work, anxiety levels not quite as high, I felt chattier and less withdrawn. Now suddenly, since Friday night I seem to be crashing. I feel sad and overwhelmed and absolutely terrified of going into a bad depression again. Is this typical? Will things eventually level out as I continue with the med?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
