How do you know when it's time to up your medication dosage? I'm on Paxil and now that counseling it getting intense and difficult, I can feel the beginnings of a panic attack, but they don't fully come to fruition. I'm hoping that I can make it to Tuesday to talk to my counselor, but I'm wondering if I should give her a call before then. They seem to be happening mainly at work, but I'm keeping a mental note of when they happen and where I am. I was in a meeting with my boss and since I'm having such a difficult time I ended up talking about how hard things are for me and he asked if I thought that taking some time off or a short leave of absence might be helpful. I told him that I honestly have because I find it very difficult to be here. But if I just need to up my dosage, maybe I don't. I've also been feeling spacey/light headed, so I'm thinking it's more that I need more Paxil since the counseling is getting deeper. What do you guys think?

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
