I am an axiety sufferer. I am med free right now and usually exercise to reduce my chances of going back on meds. But for 3 days I have been sick with a virus. I can definately feel my anxiety slightly up. But more than anything I feel down. I was from the south and we have moved north. Now I have always heard of southern hospitality but I guess I took it for granted. Because since we moved here it is much more rude. People will tell you how it is really fast. I am in a job where I need to be tough and blow things off. I have a hard time with this and when someone is rude to me I get down and stressed. Am I too sensitive? How do I overcome this and not be affected by their bad attitudes?
