Does it get easier as you have had Anxiety for a number of years? I was first diagnosed with Anxiety in April 07 since then I have just tried coping with it but recently all the symptoms have got on top of me, Alcohol is my biggest down fall, at 25 and living in the UK weekends partying with friends are a big part of life, the trouble is the next day or 2 im a total write off, stomach in bits, sweating, pressure behind my left rib, the doctor has done blood tests and they all came back fine, ive been prescribed 20mg of Citalopram once a day and I started that on Friday, since then ive felt so tired, just getting out of bed is a chour, so does it get easier? I mean after suffering 5, 10, 15 years do you learn to cope better?
