I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, it's rather mild and I do not take any medication for anything whatsoever. For the past 8 months I haven't really had an episode and my anxiety is very much under control. For the past 3 weeks I've had a tightness at the base of my throat. It feels like I'm wearing a shirt too tight, or that lump you get in your throat when you see or hear something sad.. I've also noticed ive been having a lot of heartburn lately. Is it possible the tightness is just acid reflux? I really don't believe that its stress or anxiety related. I'd really appreciate some feedback. Thank you.
