It works by tapping acupuncture points with your fingers? Fingers are where al lot of nerve endings are, I can see how that would stimulate endorphines. Where does the name Thought Field Therapy come in do you know? Maybe it's something someone could try with their own therapist! Bring a sewing needle to session and ask him to prick away, while talking gently or using relaxation breathing.. Wow that's something to think about. I'm definitely going to look it up!
