After quite a few years, my anxiety and panic attacks are back, and 100x's worse than before. I have an appointment with my Primary care physician tomorrow to talk about meds again and I made an appointment with a therapist for next week. I have never been to see one before and was just wondering what to expect. Im not really one for talking about my feelings but I feel like Im going to crawl out of my skin and I think talking to someone is a must at this point. Any pointers on how to get things out into the open and show her whats going on with me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
