Hope all went well. Part of my CBT therapy is going to be exposure techniques as I have been avoiding loads of situations as I have had anxiety attacks when in them. The biggest one for me is returning back to work in a really busy office in London...I'm really dreading it, but I know I have to just do it as avoiding things only feeds my anxiety.
