Has anyone on here read this book. I had ordered it and got it in the mail today. I started to read it and I can tell that it may be helpful but the strangest thing happened though. In the introduction, she's talking about how reading the book may make you anxious, how you may feel panicky because of it and went on to describe all the symptoms that we are all to familiar with. Well, wouldn't you know it.! I started to feel panicky immediately and had to put the book down. Anyone ever done something like this before? I love self help books but when they go on and on reminding me of the very thing I'm trying to forget..I hit a wall and I freak out. I mean, give me the tips, give me the advice on how to get better, but for the love of all that is holy, please do not expound on every sensation of a panic attack!!
