I have trouble telling others when I am feeling anxious. I am always afraid they won't take me seriously or that they will judge me unfairly if I say I have anxiety. Recently, there was a situation where I was asked to drive a couple of friends to pick up some things a few blocks away, when I said "no i can't, but someone else can drive my car" they kind of looked at me weird...but I didn't know what to say. I couldn't because I get anxious driving and I get very very anxious driving around other people. How do you all handle telling people when something like that comes up? OR that you're feeling anxious? I would also get anxious in class sometimes or at work and have to be excused for a few minutes but I wasn't sure what to say when people would ask me to explain myself.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
