so after all your advice on how bad my doc is, meaning very unsupportive making fun of me, not helping me, throwing me on new meds that made me worse and hanging up on me, I found a new doc...but I have to wait until Sept 8...there's no getting in sooner, I'm in anxiety crisis now and I don't want to go back to old doc so she can mess things up before i see the new doc, I'm taking the xanax as needed and lowered my seroquel dosage to help with the "fogginess" only thing is I woke up at 3 am, hoping that is just a bad night, I've been on my lithium for over 4 years same dosage and thinking the new doc could take a look at that, it prob needs to be adjusted...kids going back to school next week and my job is changing as well..how to stay focused when al I feel is fear and anxiety..God..hoping next week things will settle I'm a creature of comfort and I'm praying
