I seem to read up on a symptom and then.....within days i have the illness ive studied,(well i convince myself i have)
Mind you a few times i have done this and diagnosed myself and it was correct to do so!
so it isnt all bad!
You could learn more about how to deal with your anxiety by surfing the internet. I guess the question is what do you plan to do with your diagnoses? Will it hellp you find a way to deal with the anxiety and feel better or will it just make you nervous that you might have disorders you don't really have?
A doctor or counselor would probably be able to help you more accurately than the internet too.
I would stress that many diseases may have similar symptoms and you could get yourself in a state over nothing.Also if you do read up on something you may not be prepared for what you read and that can be detramental.
