we all feel overwhelmed at times. in our darkest hours we ponder our fate. when suicide begins to look like the only way out...you need to reach out for help. it means you are at a point in your life where you just cant cope on your own and thats okay. you need to talk and get the poisonous thoughts out of your mind. it will spread if you dont and before you know it it will seep into every aspect of your life and mind and you will feel like your suffocating. anxiety is a learned way of thinknig...so that means it is able to be unlearned or at least delt with. i know the bad times are hard guys...i have them myself, but the good times are worth it. (and if your saying to yourself "what if there are no good times?") well then start making them. anything you enjoy or gives you a temporary relief of your confined imprisonment of self-destruction, take full advantage of it. anything that makes your circumstance worse get rid of it. with all that we have to deal with anxiety you do not need more on top of that. suffering is inevitable in this life, but it is not worth giving up the small pleasures that remind us of what once was. please find the help that will ensure your fight for freedom amongst the shadows that way you down is not lost. whether that be this website or some other source of comfort for you. keep your head up.
