I feel that I have made some progress with my therapist and my meditation and Tia Chi DEFINATELY help, but once in a while I just get a flash back of being shot at and taking out targets (I won't get graffic). I really sux, but at least I believe I'm on the right track. Alass, what a screw freak'n head I have! LOL

i dont know much about ptsd but i do imaging any traumatic event like you have experienced will stay with you a long time. Hopefully the meditation will help, with the flashbacks being visual experiences i dont know if you could also use some sort of guided meditation to help you refocus when this occurs. the positive thinkg is you are making progress. HAve you tried eft, check out the website www.emofree.com and if you have time to read through this and access the free downloads i'm sure you will find a process here that will give you some relief,
