I have been a life long anxiety sufferer. The best thing I have came across in a long time is a book called "The Power of Now" by Eckhardt Tolle. It is about how we drive ourselves crazy focusing on all our past mishaps and future calaminities when all we have, truly is now! Once I really grasp this concept I don't feel so overwhelmed. Has anyone heard of this book. If not, please check it out fellow anxiety sufferers! Be present in the moment and fear will diminish greatly.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
