I've noticed that many people ahve been posting things about mucsele spasams and always having to be moving. i'm always having to be moving and my body is almost always tensed up. Well, the other day i was trying to sleep on one of my friends shoulders and after i had been sleeping for only ten minutes he woke me up, he said taht i was twiching about 2 times every 5 seconds and to beging with i was twitching so much he thought i was having a seziur. Is that normal thing to be happening, is it caused from anxiety. Another thing, can restless leg syndrome be caused from anxiety? I have more to type on this matter but i must be going so any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
