I have been getting really sore shoulder and back muscles from not being able to relax. I also get sore stomach muscles from holding my breath. I do these things without realising until it gets so painful I have to notice. How can I break this habit? I also chew the inside of my mouth and its a mess. Any ideas how to stop these habits?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
