I realized how helpful it is to talk to someone who is going through anxiety/panic attacks/depression when you feel so alone. It has helped me tremendously talking to somebody who understands and really feels how hard it is to go through this.. Lately i've been using SKYPE & OOVOO to communicate with people who suffer with such issues, because I can't really relate to my friends or family how it is to deal with it..It's just nice to know someone is there to listen. I guess you can say this is some helpful advice and thought it was something to try (because it has helped me).. i'm here to listen with open ears and heart, if anybody would like to skype /oovoo, or just talk :) message me for my info, thanks.
