So I was at the People's pharamacy about getting some herbs that help with anxiety. The lady knew everything there is about the body and prscriptions and herbs you could imagine. Anyways, she was telling me that you have to drink two liters a day of water or the antidepresents won't work as well because if you are dehydrated then your body dosen't have enough liquid to push it all the way to your brain. And drinking water will make your medicine work so much better. Just wanted to let everyone know. She recommended some stuff called Theanine 100 for anxiety. It is basically the same stuff in green tea that produces extra serotome and calms the body and mind. I just took one a few minutes ago so I have no idea how it works yet.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
