just wondering if any of you had experience or could offer me some advice. ive got to the point where i no what these thoughts are and what causes my anxiety, and how my body reacts to this (mines achy legs), but for some reason i just keep goin over and over it in my head, like im reassuring myself, and if im not reassuring myself im montioring myself or internalizing myself and symptoms.its like i go over it in my head and im like right i no what it is so what do i do now. oh by the way i had a meeting with a cbt theapist, who said i was making really good. progress just needed fine tuning which is good i thought. please offer advice.

My ENT sent me for more tests last week...one where they had me lie back in a chair, with blacked out goggles on so I couldn't see while they administered water into my ears one at a time ( first warm, then room-tempurature, then cold) while they video taped my eyes and asked me questions to determine how cognizant I was... This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
