the brain is an organ like anything else in your body.... you may be feeling anxious/or not wanting to be around others but it will pass, dont be hard on yourself because of it. but do try and gently break the cycle, even if its telling someone you feel this way. good luck

Sometimes I get so tired of it I live like a hermit.
The other thing is that I am just downright afraid something bad is going to happen. If I make a mistake driving, like accidently pull out in front of someone, I get upset that they are mad at me. It is easier to stay inside and not face the world.

If I'm in a big group of people,I try and spend time,if possible,with only one at a time.And if I'm too depressed to be cheerful,I ask the other person questions about themselves,so that I don't have to start talking about how unhappy and anxious I am,and how I'd rather not be here at all!!!!
