I have suffered from anxiety and panic for 15 years. It is alot of health anxiety and I tend to panic over ever little twinge in my body. I had a baby in May and developed high blood pressure and severe anxiety and post partum depression afterwards and my husband has been home with me for 6 mnths. Well Friday night he has to go back to work on nights and I am terrifed!
I havent been alone in 6 mnths and I panic mostly at night! I cant just take an Ativan and go to sleep like I do now because my daughter still gets up in the night to feed! I am so freaked out and seriously dont know what I am going to do. I try breathing exercises etc and usually it doesnt help. Any ideas?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
