Hiya folks. Anyone got any good ideas for getting a better nights sleep? I been struggling with 2 or 3 hours for weeks now, am doing all the obvious sleep hygiene stuff to little effect. Not sleeping makes my anxiety worse in the day and when I sleep well its usually far more tolerable. Doctor has prescribed me Zopiclone but I don't do meds and am too scared to take them (stupid i know!). It seems the more I need sleep and try to get it the harder it becomes, to the point I get worried about going to bed now! Any help or tips v much appreciated ;o)
