Today at work a co-worker got upset because a bunch of us were talking about a show we watched last night (Dirty Sexy Money--totally in love with!!) and she hadn't watched it. We're a bunch of smart asses towards each other at work most of the time (all in good fun) so words were exchanged in short and after that she didn't talk with anyone who was in on the discussion, snappy at those who were and totally shut us out. I know I do this as well but wouldn't it be better to resolve what is bothering us with others instead of internalizing and shutting people out?? I know this sounds easier then usual but just wondering how others deal with it and what your thoughts are on it....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
