does any one else get the shakes? like body just shaking like you had WAY TO MUCH COFFEE, but you really didnt, I been waking up like this for the last couple days, I am always anxtious B4 bed any way, BUT I dont want to wake up that way, well I have been very OUT OF IT lately so maybe its that, BUT I ALWAYS THINK THE WORSE,, thanks for any replys,

It was weird to read your comment because my anxiety has been really high for the last several months and just this morning I felt really shakey.....just like you described it....like having too much caffeine....only I don't drink caffeine. It only lasted about 1/2 a minute.....???

Yes I definitely get the shakes. That was one of the symptoms that finally got me to go to the doctors for medical help.

consider things like blood sugar too.

i get the shakes too. also get dizzy and some blurred vision. chest pains go along with that too. the last time i had it i went to er, they though i was having a heart attack, it was anxiety attacks. even had a heart stress test done the next day, thats fine. i dont get them right away in the morning though usually mid morning, take care!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
