I only seem to have bad anxiety from late fall to early spring, with the worst in midwinter (right around now :( ) It really seems to be linked to sunlight - I feel better on sunny days and worse on cloudy days. I've heard of seasonal depression, but never seasonal anxiety, and neither of the doctors I asked had heard of it either. I do get depressed around this time of year but I think the depression is actually caused by the anxiety, since it only sets in after I've been anxious for a while. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
