Hi, i'm totally freaking out because I went to the Cardiologist today just to try to put my mind at ease. I've had some palpitations, high blood pressure, and a fast heart rate and I wasn't sure if they were related to my anxiety or actual heart problems. I had an EKG which the Cardiologist said was normal, but she still wants me to have an echo and 24 hr holter to evaluate the palpitations. I'm really nervous now that something is really wrong with my heart. Has anyone had these tests for palpitations?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
