My anxiety tends to make me have run-away thoughts. I will start thinking about something harmless and simple, and it will lead to something else, then something more, and on and on until I become paranoid. In the past I was usually able to stop myself before that point, but now it is harder and the anxiety that comes with it is more intense. I find that my situation is also manifesting into a phobia that I have no real reason of having. Any suggestions?
