So by fighting it we are telling our bodies that something is there to fight. At least that is the case with me. So as I try to relax I let the EXTREME anxiety run it's course and focus on relaxing and not the anxiety.
I know I make this sound simple. It is not. It is very hard but I know you can do it.

Constant anxiety creates trauma. It's tough to just let go when that trauma starts to heal, but it is good that you recognize this. You may want to try practicing staying in the now moments thru yoga or meditation.
