My anxiety is getting really bad lately. Every day around 2:30-3:00 I start getting really scared, like something bad is going to happen and then I want to jump up and just run somewhere. It last for about an hour. My throat tightens up and my chest pounds, I seriously want to jump out of my skin. Did I mention that this is happening when I'm just sitting on my couch watching t.v.! What can I do about this?
