Anxiety is not a reason to stop living it is a reason to think about whats important to you, is the stress really worth it? Anxiety is just an emotion it will be there no matter what. It is impossible to be happy all the time, happiness passes just like sadness and anger passes. It is impossible to feel only one emotion all the time. Anxiety causes us to run away and hide, sometimes to give up doing things we feel compelled to do, this is the time we need to love ourselves the most. When your loved ones go through bad times do you love them less or more? Do you say harsh things to them and tell them to get over it? If not then why do you treat yourself so different?
Anxiety is not a time to give up it is a time to push through, to sit with uncomfortable feelings and accept that they can be there despite how much you fight. Anxiety is your bodies way of saying whoa buddy you need to slow down listen to your body, but dont give in to your anxiety, allow it to be there but dont act on it.
Not being able to control it doesn't equal being weak. Not being able to control it doesn't mean you are a failure. Feeling like you want to give up doesn't mean you're a coward. We all need a break sometimes so give yourself a break, be nice to yourself.

Very inspirational, and all true, It took me time to get to this point but eventually my anxiety was controlable. Thanks for the support.

Much appreciated! I'm just starting to learn not to constantly fight my anxiety, thats whats kept it around for the last 16 years. Acceptance holds the key.
