Hi all not sure if any1 remembers me but i was using this site about a month or 2 ago and i need to spread HOPE.
Iv been suffering with GAD for about a year now and i relaly thought there was no chance i would ever get better as i bet many of you might think ... well your WRONG,
I didnt belive i could and i have really made some massive progress , i can leave my house walk around and spend time with people now and my panic attacks half dramaticly reduced.
Im sure people have read messages like this and thought what a load of rubbish its a lie as i did,
but i really am beggining to recover fully and i need you all to belive u can to because thats what pulled me through it with help of the kind hearted people on this site i know YOU can too:)

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
make sure every day to take a small walk even if its 10 meters.
MUSIC omg i cant say how much it helps to have ur headphones in and listen to some tunes it really takes ur mind of anything ..
if ur on meds keep taking them and you need to be proud that your doing what you are because might seem like nothing but all those tiny tiny steps like walking 10 meters are great for you :)
also , try starting ur day with a good song i listen to
