Hi just curious to see if anyone else does the same as me. Before i go to bed everynight i have to plan what im doing the next day if i dont i start to get really anxious and i cant sleep at all. Then when i get up the next day im anxious all day.

yes i have to do this and if my plan gets messed up it maked me feel anxious by having a plan it makes me concetrate on something else especially at night time as thats when i have the anxious feeling the most

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
